Due to the nature of skincare and medical-grade products, all product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tightenitspa.com or call/text us at (916) 792-0772 with the following:

A description of the issue -
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be covered in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
We cannot accept returns for:
Products purchased more than 7 days ago
Items that have been opened or used
Gift cards or promotional items
