Our team of nurses is growing and we’re booking models for Tox, Fillers, Sculptra®, Microneedling with PRP, DiamondGlow®, and Laser Hair Removal. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age or older

• No filler or Sculptra® in the past 12 months, no neurotoxins in the past 4 months, and you have not had any of the other treatments in the past 6 weeks 

• Must be willing to be filmed and/or photographed for social media and website use

• Must sign a treatment consent form and model release

Exclusion Criteria

You are not eligible if:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding

• Have a history of severe allergies, anaphylaxis, or autoimmune disorder

• Have active cold sores, acne, or infection in the treatment area

• You are taking blood thinners

• Have a history of keloid scarring or poor wound healing

• Have had recent facial surgery or skin treatments in the area being treated

• Are not comfortable being filmed or photographed

Treatment Details

• Treatment will include a consultation at the time of your visit

• Procedure will be done by a licensed provider

• Model will receive 20% off their treatment (a one time offer that can not be used for multiple treatments)
